Please note stock in store to online may vary in price and availability due to the large number of makes and models.

Bikes in store are higher in cost due to being fully built, online bikes are discounted as some build work is required by yourself.

How do i get my bike online?

Choose your bike and accessories online at Portsmouth Cycle Exchange noting stock availability. Then enter the details on to the Cyclescheme's website online tool and apply for your chosen package by requesting a secure certificate.

Once you have requested a secure certificate, we will confirm eligibility and approve the request. A hire agreement is then sent to you the employee to sign.

Once you have been provided with your secure certificate please provide us with the below documentation and information by post to our registered office.

Portsmouth Cycle Exchange  c/o Cyclescheme 4-8 Gothic Buildings, Victoria Road Portsmouth PO5 1PH

·         A copy of the certificate

·         A copy of photo I.D (Passport / Driving License)

·         A copy of a utility bill

·         Delivery Method either collect in store or shipped to your chosen address

·         Shipping address if applicable

·         Contact telephone number and email address

Your bicycle will then be dispatched to your chosen shipping address or can be collected by you in store.

Please note any online bicycles will require some build work.

How do i get my bike instore?

Visit us in store and view are stock range at c/o Portsmouth Cycle Exchange and choose your bike and accessories with the help of one of our sales team.

Remember to mention Cyclescheme and we can assist you with your quotation.

We will then provide you with a paper quotation for you to provide to your employer. Once you have requested a secure certificate, we will confirm eligibility and approve the request. A hire agreement is then sent to you the employee to sign.

·         Once you have been provided with your secure certificate please provide us with the secure certificate in store along with A copy of photo I.D (Passport / Driving License) and copy of a utility bill.

We will then contact you to confirm when your bicycle is available for collection from us in store.

Please note any in store bicycles are fully built and ready to ride.
